  1. I really appreciated your help with that.

Did you find that you had enough time in the cities or was it too rushed? I'd prefer to do the one with the day lay-over in italy but my finance wants to do greece.

We are scoping out the rooms and I was wondering what the squares and triangles mean on the rooms? I'm going to try to dig this one up though.

For booking, do you know how early these cruises become available?

    Thanks,

    Brandon

  2. I'm sometime away from booking our cruise.. probably 9 months from now :)

I just got engaged and we are getting married in June 2015 and we are considering taking a 12 day Cruise from Rome to Greece to Turkey to Italy.

Is this the one your doing, Barwick Cruiser? (seems to be)

We have lookup pricing for flights and found some good deals around 900 (for this june - next june not available yet).

I think we are looking for a room with a veranda for the first time. Is there any specific rooms. I'm really new at the whole cruising thing so let me know if there are any rooms in the veranda class that I should look to book.

    I don't really understand the 1a room vs .. etc. ...

Do you mind sharing what the best rate you've seem for your suite?

  3. Hello,

My fiance and I are looking to do a 7-14 day European Cruise that will include Spain/Italy etc in June 2015. I just have sailed on them last month and really enjoyed the food, show and my free drink pkg.

I've read about the different deals that are available... ie. Wave Promo, 1-2-3 etc... I'm just wondering if these are usually available in European cruises or not? I've seen the pricing for this junes average around 2000$ pp without any current deals on but was wondering if anyone caught any deals for June 2014 or other dates cruises in Europe.

    Thanks,

    Brandon

  4. Hello,

6 of us rented ATVs and ran aruond the island last week. They fill you up and give you a brief tour of how to use and off you go.

I'd say, you'd need to have a good sense of direction and know where you want to go if you were looking to choose this. The port is pretty far away from Mahi Beach and if your very adventurous and want to make it over to orient beach too, its a bit of a trek. We got slowed down with some rain and got a little lost in one spot, but overall, it led us to some gorgeous views.

Your driving around doing 60-70 km/hr so make sure you know what your doing out there.

Helmets were provided for your safety but there is alot of traffic and stuff no the main roads.

    GL!

  5. For a Cheaper choice, we just got off the boat and hit up a cab to drive us to the 'Boatyard' but instead of boatyard, we went to the free beach bar 1/2 mile down the bay. easily could have walked on the beach back.

Chairs and umbrellas were 10$ each if you wanted them..

Also, there was someone that picked us up at the beach to go see the turtles and ship wreck for 15$ pp. Included 'drinks'

Good times were had and i'd do it again, especially for the cost.

  6. Hello,

    An update to my experience.

    1) emailed cosol and they said they've never had anyone miss their cruise.

    2) talked with the ship and they said they've never left anyone behind (despite the rumours)

    3) the tour was a long day but for 65$, you get the the best bang for your buck. The whole time, we were passing/being passed by the Celebrity Summit Bus. (whom paid 99$/pp)

Tour went smooth and the buses were smaller than Celebrity Bus who had 15+ people vs 8-9.

The food was culturally unique and the bread was fabulous. Very fun experience.

As for the stops, they were quick and the views were amazing. Our group enjoyed it but be warned, both the Cruise guided trip and this trip both requires 6+ hrs and is alot of time in the bus. that being said, I would do it again because it was a really unique experience seeing so many different things in one day (Pitons, beauitful beach to snorkle at, banana farm, mud baths, waterfall and vast amounts of stops to take pictures of the countryside)

    Ask for Ben.

  7. YA, I got a great collapsible 6' rod that goes down to about 14" and My Micro-tackle box is about 6". Something I can just throw into my backpack and if I use it, cool, if I don't, game on. I guess you never know when it comes to fishing conditions. I'd have to see what it looks like when I get there... it'd be nice to lose to a nice barracuda but i don't think they'd like being that close .. haha.

    Thanks alot for the info.

  8. I'm going to be here next week, is there any fishing regulations if I wanted to fish around port?

I have a collasible fishing rod and was thinking i could bring it with a few lures.

    Let me know your experience.

going to be there next week on the 20th
