  1. I might call back and get a different person. Usually when I call about a reservation we made online, they ask me then to set up a PIN for future calls. Maybe your brother has set one up?

For me, since I organize all of my families travel, I simply use the "Add a Booking" tab under My Cruise Manager. That way I do only need the booking number, name, ship and sail date. Then I just check the box that says "Save this to my profile" and its done...seems to have worked so far!

Okay I have added his to my profile already so I do think they are linked but I am not 100% sure. I usually organize and book everything for everyone too.

    Thanks!

  2. I thought all I would need would be like the booking number, my brothers name and birthday, but I needed the passengers full name birthday and the PIN number (that we never created bc we booked online). Not helpful more of a hassle!

  3. I booked everything on my own, my brother booked on his own. I am trying to link our bookings so we make sure we dine together but I am not sure how to do this online. I called and tried to do it over the phone but did not have all the information the lady needed. She said if I went to manage booking online then something should come up that says "travel with" and I could link on my own. I am not seeing this anywhere. Can anyone help me out?

  4. Do you think it's better to stay at a hotel and do a parking package and leave your car at the hotel, or to drive and park at the port and pay to leave your car there? We may be driving in from Ohio in December and having to plan for my in-laws who are first time cruisers...

  5. $75 for a 5 day cruise. It's a bit of a trek to the port, I wouldn't do it. Have to cross the street too.

I park at 241. It's only a vacant grassy lot but they have been great. It's $7 a day and they shuttle you to the port and on return give them a call and they are there within 4-5 minutes. Reserve on line and if you're a senior you get $5 off--the have a $5 on line charge so that's waived.

If you park at either and you arrive about 11:30am you can drop off luggage first then park. I get there earlier and they won't let you drop off some times due to congestion of those disembarking. Once it was going to be after 12pm to drop off so I just parked at 241 and let them drop it when they dropped me off.

Thanks so much for this info!! Will definitely look into this 241 parking!
