Loved to see all the hot pants and cute girls from that era!
-
Loved the Island Princess cigar lounge as well!
-
Thanks for the photos. We love that ship.
-
We have. Never used our balcony except in ports. Too cold and windy.

Thanks for your cruise review, very informative and helpful.

Does anyone know if the Island Princess has an IC ? Not seeing it on the deck plans.
-
Is there a International Café on the Island Princess? can't find one on the deckplans.

Thanks antsp for your posts and info!

We've done several roundtrip Hawaii cruises. The 10 or 12 kids we saw were well behaved and it was nice to have their presence to liven up the ship.

I think the Disney experience is worth every penny.
We plan on taking many more - even without children.
I think the TV commercials and specials don't do it justice. We were more overwhelmed when we actually boarded.
I'm surprised at that anyone would think standing in a line 10 - 15 minutes is a hassle. In everyday life a lot of us spend more time in that in a line...and when we're done we're not hugging Mickey or Minnie. :D
and the hassle of "lugging your carry on bags"? seriously? I thought all cruise lines had you carry your own day bags yourself.
Nassau....for some people it will be their first time. You can get out and experience it, or not. You might not go back everytime you're there, but we all have to try things for the first time to see if it's "our cup of tea" :)

Thanks everyone for your input. Much appreciated :)

This was on Royal but I would think that Carnival has these available at CS available at their desk.
We're not sailing on Carnival - but, thanks!

Thanks everyone - very helpful :)

Loved the commercial.
The voice of the narrarator....not so much.

We always leave our auto tips on.
We always give our room steward something extra on the last morning.
This time we'll be eating at fixed dining, instead of the buffet or room service, or sometimes Anytime Dining.
What is the most common, or proper way, to present the tip to your dining room servers? I assume on the last evening.
Do you slip them cash?
Do you put it in an envelope?
If so, do you put your name/or room number?
Do you do this before the meal begins, at the end?
Also, on your room steward...do you just slip them cash as you see them on that last morning? or do you put that in an envelope with your name/room number?
Is it important for them to know, or to show someone, who they are getting extra money from?
We want to make sure we are doing the right thing in the right way.
TIA

Sarah,
Just ignore the "Seven wonders" and whether you're really "Live from" posts. I guess some people can't help but try to pick apart posts on this board.
At your age, to bring us such a great thread with pictures and details, is a wonderful thing to have on here. Keep it coming!!

Maybe this is like the one described to us.
EssiesMom, thank you so much.
It's people like you with quick answers and that take the extra time to show photos that make Cruise Critiic so great.

Wow....pictures even! Thank you so much Essiesmom.
Someone told us the door opened right at the foot of the bed, so I was curious as to the noise.

Fantastic pictures, Dave!
Have a wonderful cruise and look forward to hearing about your adventure.

We are looking at booking an Inside cabin on the Coral. First time in an inside.
We saw one that is "sideways" on the Caribe deck and wondered if these cabins were desirable? Are they bigger? How different is the set up?
Thank you!
:)
What length of cruise do like to do ?

7 days and over. We don't care for the 3 or 5 days, unless we combine them
