Bump to see what you went with on the cruise. Did you take the Britax?

Hi! Yes, I took my Britax B-Ready. It was a good option for a double, however, the rear wheels are wide, so it would not fit through the cabin door while open. We'd have to park and unload with it in the hallway, fold it up, and then bring it in. We had the luxury of having 2 rooms (connecting window rooms), so we had ample space to store it, the chair, and the car seat. I cannot imaging having this stroller with only one room. We rarely used it as a double, though, since my son wanted to do "open sesame" with the elevator the whole time. Had I known we'd be so lenient with his independence, I would have brought the snap n go instead. Much easier to use and less cumbersome than the b-ready. Glad we had the double option, though.
As far as maneuvering by the housekeeping carts, we had rooms 5102 and 5016. Our steward parked the cart between our rooms, so we always let from 5106 to avoid the cart. We would not have been able to drive the stroller past the cart if we had to, but we were so close to the end of our hallway and the elevator that it wasn't an issue.

5 months old or 6 months old? The younger one needs to be 6 months old before Dec 22nd in order to sail.
Never fear: Baby turns 6 months on 12/13.

Your biggest problem is likely to be in the hallways when housekeeping carts are present. We had a First Years Jet stroller which is a basic umbrella stroller. It was almost too large to fit past carts, but we did squeak by. According to Amazon its dimensions are 30 x 19 x 39.5 inches and the B-ready is 40.8 x 26.5 x 45 inches. If that is accurate, I think those extra 7.5 inches of width are going to make it really hard to get around.
Thank you so much. You really went above and beyond offering your input. I really appreciate it!

We are set to sail on 12/22 on the NCL Star. I'm considering bringing our Britax B-Ready since it functions as a tandem double for my 2 yr old and 5 mos old. Do you think it'll be too wide to maneuver around the ship?? Should we just suck it up and bring 2 separate strollers?

I think you'll be fine with the stroller. You won't be the only one. And, yes, storage was fab!! We actually brought our monitor with us and I thought it was amazing. Again, we had the 2 rooms, so we actually had reason for it. I only wish it was able to reach different floors so we could have left the kids in the room while we went out. Lol...
