We will be arriving in Fort Lauderdale on Jan 10th for a 2 night stay pre cruise. We need a hotel that has restaurants within walking distance. Any suggestions?

We were on the Adventure the week of Jan 14th. Chops is not opened. The slides were opened. The mini golf course was closed for part of our trip. The ice show is first come, first served. You should get there early as there was no organization or lines to get into the show.

We are leaving San Juan on the Adventure of the Seas on January 14th. Our documentation says that we can start boarding at 1230p. But, I have seen posts that people arrive much earlier than stated time. Is there any advantage or disadvantage, to arriving before 1230?

I know that travel irons are not allowed on RC, but are travel clothes steamers allowed? Does anybody have recommendations for a good one ?

We did the Falls in October and loved it. We had an awesome tour guide, I cant remember her name but she is the only female tour guide. She carried at least 6 cameras/ phones and stopped many times to take pictures of the group, she knew exactly where to pose people for the best pictures. We have great pictures of the 2 of us that we would not have had , if she didnt take them. We started off doing the conga line but quickly people broke off and everyone just helped those that needed it. The market at the end is very agrressive and a little overwhelming , you just need to keep walking and say no, no , no

We had the same issue when we tried to book a cabana at Nellies beach when we were on the Allure a few weeks ago. We had tried to book it many times, called RCI for help and didnt receive any. We did go to the excursion desk as soon as we boarded ( thanks to a tip we read on this site) and we were able to book a cabana onboard.

I was not trying to be insulting , my point was that the steak was very good versus spending the extra money and it was bad. It would have been a bad decision if the steak was not worth eating. I agree that it is alot of money to spend when you have already spent alot of money
