Hurricane Florence in Royal Caribbean International Posted September 23, 2018 Thank You so much RCI. We were scheduled on 9/17 on the Enchantment and 9/21 on the Enchantment with NO insurance ! ! ! RCI completely refunded every penny, including coffee and soda card when I told them I was from NC.
