  1. 1) packed febreeze - cruise = endless eating = lots of bathroom trips

    2) brought a beach chair and umbrella. Lots of beaches in bermuda don't have facilities to rent and if you do rent it's $$$.

    3) Brought closed toe shoes for the ice bar

    4) Ate breakfast at O'Sheehans - I always forgot it was open for breakfast and we mostly went to Garden Cafe, which was always packed with rude pushy people. We did do Savor for breakfast a few times but the service was a little slow.

    5) Do the Cirque show - everyone raved about it. Unfortunately we didn't have time b/c there are so many other things to do onboard and in Bermuda.

  2. I did not go to Snorkel Park or Black Bay so I cannot say. Daniel's head is quiet, small, and there are actually two beaches at Daniels Head Park divided by a deck/small pier. If you go to SurfSup's facebook page you'll see lots of pictures. The "small huts" that surround the bay used to be "9 beaches" resort, which is now closed. So those huts are vacant and the area around the beach is a tad run down. The paddle boarding is spectacular. We paddled out to a ship wreck and the surrounding islands that have small secluded beaches that you can explore. The next resort over is Cambridge Beach Resort and they have a small beach bar that we paddled over to and grabbed a drink from Max the bartender. Ask for the "Max Creation" it's delicious and way better than the Rum Swizzle (which is overrated in my opinion). In between SurfSup and Cambridge Beach Resort is a small bay swimming with Turtles. We paddled through a sea of turtles - which was pretty incredible. I do believe there were bathrooms at Daniel's Head and the "cafe" was small with limited items. We didn't get anything from there so I don't know if the food or drinks were any good. Taking a cab is clutch and I think the people hanging out on the beach will be happy hanging around while the others paddle. It depends how picky they are though.

  3. It's not easy to get to. The bus drops you off on the main road and then you have to walk about 2 miles to get to it. With that said it is very quiet. We went because we rented paddle boards which was so amazing b/c you can paddle around to small beaches in the area that you can only get to by water. Daniels head beach itself is not very nice in comparison to all the other beaches in Bermuda.
