Does anyone know if they do slot and Blackjack Tournaments on the Ecstasy now that it is going out of Miami. I seem to have incredible luck at these things (I have won the BJ tournament on the last 3 cruises and also won the slot tournament on one of the same cruises) and have quite a collection of the highly sought after Solid gold ships on a stick. I was hoping for a chance to bring home another one when I take the family on a short cruise the day after Christmas. LOL When scanning through the Carnival site I found a list of ships that offered tournaments and am hoping it was just an error that the Ecstasy was the only ship not listed. Anyone been there and done that on the Ecstasy recently??

Ok I just purchased the FTTF and while my boarding pass still says priority it now has F 2 F on the luggage tags so I should be good to go and if I find out any concrete info on board I will be sure to share it to hopefully clear up some of the confusion.

My PVP told me today (in writing) that with having a Suite I didn't need the FTTF but since she has not been very knowledgeable about anything else I have asked I am still not convinced, so I think I will risk the $50 to be assured that I at least get early access to cabin and luggage. I have booked Suites many times before (prior to FTTF or it was sold out) and have pretty much always waited until at least 1pm to get access to my Suite. Even when I paid a horrendous amount to surprise my now EX by booking one of the Owner's Suites that they called and offered to me as a past guest (more because of my casino play..lol). Now don't get me wrong that Cabin was the total BOMB but I really expected some VIP treatment to come with it since it was several thousand dollars to up grade to it and I was very disappointed as we were treated just as if we had an inside cabin except for priority boarding. Not even a free bottle of water in the cabin.

BTW my boarding says PRIORITY but my luggage tags do not have anything to distinguish them as priority or VIP like they have in past. They are gold colored I assume to correspond with the fact that this cruise puts me at the Gold level?? Therefore, I will risk the $50 and figure it out once on board for future reference if I can find anyone that truly knows the answers.
