Following! I just booked for July 23rd. First time on MSC also!
-
He was fantastic! Had him June 2019 on the Sunrise.
-
I paid for the transfers, I hope they're running!
-
I do, but making payments is the best way for me to budget for the trip. If I don't, I'll wind up cancelling because I will spend it...
-
I do! I figured out how to make a payment on it though. If I go to the generic make a payment spot I'm able to enter the booking number, then the balance comes up. So, no secret santa, lol. Just weird how on the planner it said I had no balance!

First cruise with Royal coming next year. I logged in to make a payment on our Oasis trip next August and it is telling me I don't have a balance due. I've read on here before that the planner and their website isn't the best. Is there a secret Santa, or did they lose me? Lol. I still have a booking number and my cabin I picked.

We are on the Sunrise Journeys cruise next month to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Just pick the best itinerary for you both and have fun!
-
We are sailing Sunrise in June for the Journeys trip and after I requested a steakhouse reservation, it probably took 2-3 weeks before I got the confirmation back.

Yep, shouldn't be a problem! I even bring my own coffee creamer with me. Happy sailing!

Ricky's tours was absolutely great! Very resonreaso in price and he kept us almost the whole day!

We bought some cologne at a shop in Nassau once and got back on board (breakaway) and discovered prices were similar to that shop.

We've stayed at the red roof in Secaucus and parked at Port Imperial and ferried over. Cheaper than NYC parking.
-
We come from Northeast PA. We find it most convenient to drive to the port, but one time we did take a bus in. It wasn't that bad. If you drive in, I recommend coming in the day before and spending the night. It's much less stressful. We also started parking across the river in NJ, here:

Then take the ferry across the river and you can either take a taxi up to the ship or walk it--it's about a mile.

Coffee makers in balcony and above. Everyone I've had looks like this: https://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-49970-Personal-Brewer/dp/B003GW873G

A long 161 days...

If the excursion is part of the See & Sea, we did do it. The windows in the sub part were a little scratched and I couldn't really get any good pics, but for my first time there I thought it was a great excursion! I don't recall who the operator was though, I'm sorry.

We were in 12906 last September. Loved the size of the balcony! Bed was by the balcony also, if that's important to you.
-
In September, we did self-assist. When they announced it was time to go, we went to the elevators, and waited FOREVER to get one for us all to fit on. I thought it would be a long line by the time we got down to deck 7. To my surprise, once we got off the elevator, we were quickly pointed to a very short line to exit out. (We were on the aft, that seems to be the shorter, easier line) Now, on our sailing though, they did not tell us the all ok for self assist until right around 8-ish.
-
Oh wow, really small world! I thought I was one of the only crazies on here from our area. It's like an addiction!
-
Now, if you're funny about the bed location, 12908 has the bed by the closet, couch by the balcony. My in-laws were in that cabin. 12906 has the bed by the balcony.
-
In April, we had a regular (tiny) balcony. In September, I had an aft balcony (12906) on deck 12. LOVED the size of the balcony! We had 2 loungers, 2 chairs and that little side table. We did hear a little bit of the bass from Spice at night, but not enough to keep us awake. I imagine if I was up higher, there might have been a problem.
