  1. For those that have used EZ Air, if there’s a change in the flights prior to them being ticketed, do you deal with the airline or with Princess?  First time considering using this vs direct booking with the airline.

  2. its been about 10 years since we last cruised Alaska. There was a place right on the pier that did fish and chips. It was a little takeout place with picnic benches. Is it still there and if yes, still as good. If no, does anyone have a recommendation for fresh fish and chips in Ketchikan. TIA

  3. I am glad you are following along and thanks for reading it. I am going to get to the next part tonight sometime and hopefully it helps get you ready for the cruise in the spring. Also on the Grand? I ask because it is going in for a dry dock later this year and supposedly some stuff might be different by the time you sail on it. Happy cruising!

     

    Yes, we'll be on the Grand. Looking forward to the new beds as I believe the Grand is getting them in November or December.

  4. I wondered the same or if they were making a change. No issues when I called but I also am not showing the wording mentioned in in earlier posts so will be very interested in anyone letting us know if the process has changed. We don't sail until March

  5. I have two cruises booked for Feb 2016 and it is showing, right now, on both of the bookings.

     

    Hmm, wonder why ours isn't showing...oh well I called Princess direct and ordered over the phone. Thanks for everyone's comments

  6. To find Casino Credits on the Princess web site:

     

    1) Log into your current booking

    2) In the top area go to “Onboard Reservations”

    3) Click on the section that says “Casino Credits”

    4) Here you can purchase Casino Credits.

    At the top it says: “Credits appear on your stateroom account and are automatically applied toward Casino spending."

     

    That's what we did on our last cruise. I went on today to purchase and casino credits is no longer showing as a section under onboard reservations.

    Yes, we flew home on Tues the 17th of Feb with United Airlines from Fort Lauderdale to Vancouver via Houston.

     

    Thank you! We'll have to look at United again. Usually we use either Delta or Air Canada as they have more flights from here (and United has been known to cancel flights if they thought the weather was too cold!)

    I've tried on different machines and have cleared all cache and cookies and rebooted multiple times. Yes, I'm logging in before I go to search for cruises. It only seems to have started happening since they changed our status.

     

    We are getting a much better number from our TA - I just like to be able to login and keep checking for price drops

  9. When I log into Princess to do a search on a cruise the price I'm getting when logged in is the same as when I'm not logged in. Is this just me? I'm looking at the 10 day Southern Caribbean medley on the Royal Princess March 9th, 2015. The starting fare comes up as $2088 for a a balcony both signed in and not

     

    Not sure if it matters but with our past cruise we went from platinum to elite so there was just a change on our account
