Sorry, my girlfriend has corrected me that we *did* book an excursion, the St John's On Your Own one. It is essentially just a ferry over to St. John's but it picks you up right at the boat, where the regular ferry is quite a ways away. Anyway, once you're on St. John's you're free to do whatever you want, and we just took the taxi to the beaches.
Hope this helps!

The beaches in St. John's are stunning! We've done Cinnamon Bay and Trunk Bay and both have reefs right off the shore (Cinnamon Bay has them in waist-deep water) so no excursion necessary, just a short taxi ride to the beach . We've seen sea turtles, stingrays, lots of coral too.

We just got off the Allure on Sunday and, during our trip, we met up with a Florida couple who were doing the "My Time" dining. Although I'm sure this is not a common thing, one night (Friday formal) they had to wait 45 minutes to get a seat.
Personally, I like our 6:00 dining time. We never have to wait and it leaves the evening wide open for whatever.

Hey all,
We're going on the Allure in a week and first stop is in Nassau. We're only there from 7-2 and having a tough time deciding what to do.
Anyways, I saw something about a brewery called "Commonwealth Brewery" and was wondering if anyone knows anything about it, is it worth going to and do they offer tours?
As always, any info greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your advice, everyone! We'll definitely have to check it out.

This is my first post, so hi everyone! :D
In a couple weeks I'm going on my 3rd cruise, this time on the Allure of the Seas. Anyways, I read somewhere that, on the Allure, Johnny Rockets is not only open for breakfast but that breakfast is also free. Is this true? And if so, is it worth skipping the other options?
Thanx in advance!

Yup lol. I was fine but a couple others were touch and go. Less rocky coming back and the complimentary rum punch helped[emoji4]
