I've been told they really like to get international calling cards so they can call their family

Not much on the boards about this port. So I figured I would ask about must see's or even if there are things that I should avoid at this port?

If you read the back of the prepaid Visa cards most of them say they cannot be used outside of the continental US we found this out on a trip to Punta Canta.

We was on the Conquest 2 weeks ago and the Captain chose to change our itinerary to avoid a hurricane. People where making a fuss about it. But I'm the kind that would rather enjoy my ports and time on the ship and not be put at risk.

It is a necessary thing for travel. We sailed 10/12 an we lost one of our shipmates. So anything can happen. Another shipmate on our 3/13 broke his leg on the ship. Accidents happen. Peace of mind is cheap.
