  1. We are also in the Haven on this sailing, in the spectacular Owner’s suite with wrap around balcony. Fantastic experience! We’ve seen all the shows and at Broadway unplugged I had a country version of “you’ll be back” from Hamilton sung intensely to me 🙂 and at million dollar quartet Jerry Lee Lewis sang to me and said he was “watching me all night” these performers are outstanding in their characters! I’m not ready to be home tomorrow. Met the performers from Rumours and got a pic with them in O’Sheehans. They were our favorite show of the cruise. Love NCL! They have made up for sailing away and leaving us in the DR on our March Escape nightmare.

  2. Hello! Looking for some guidance. We've had our Royal Caribbean cruise booked for ages sailing to St Martin, San Juan and Labadee. We depart on the Oasis 9/24. Just got notification that after Irma's destruction of St Martin (my heart goes out to that island) we will be visiting St Kitts instead.

We are experienced cruisers and local Floridians. Family of 4, two kids ages 7 & 10. I've read through a lot on this sub and haven't seen too much geared to families. We were planning on taking a speedboat day tour in St Martin that included many snorkeling stops and beach breaks. I've never been to St Kitts, but it seems there aren't a lot of beach options like some of the other islands? The pictures seem to have very small areas crowded with chairs. I'm not really into land tours, we really like having a local restaurant/bar and water activities. We usually get on a sail/snorkel excursion months in advance and this being a last minute change I'm afraid our options will be very limited.

Any advice? Thank you in advance!!

  3. We are back on the Fantasy 9/10 and will be in St Thomas. Seems much more difficult to book excursions on our own here. In St Marteen there are a lot of power boat operators that take care of everything - drinks, lunch, snorkeling, cruise around the island.. Can't seem to find that in St Thomas. We did a full day pirate sail to buck island and honeymoon beach that was wonderful, but very full and crowded ship. Hoping there is a recommendation for something. Ore personal? There are 9 of us, two families and 4 kids 6-9 in ages.

  4. Perfect timing for this question, following!! We are cruising 9/10 and will be in St Thomas for the 4th time. Done the full day snorkel/beach and loved it, done shopping days, public beaches (too crowded for us) and coral world. Looking for something different. It will two families of 4, kids 6/6/9/9. We want a casual fun place with a bar. A friend recommended this resort for the day but I haven't seen a way to reserve this directly. Anyone here have advice?
