There really are no catches. A great part is being transferable, so you can always sell it or give to someone to use. It is the only deposit needed to book a cabin.

Just FYI: we sent our passport renewal 2/14 priority mail, delivered 2/17 P.O. Box. Processing completed 3/13, received today 3/18 via priority mail. Approximately 4+ weeks with a holiday in between. This might give you an idea of the times.

Most of the cruise certificates you purchase on a future cruise are transferable. Try to find another family member or a friend to sell it to. Keep in mind that when you book a future cruise you don't have to put any additional deposit, only the certificate is needed. They are normally good for up to 4 years. I personally think it is a good deal they offer. Good luck.

Does anyone know if the Jewel or any ncl ships carry non dairy creamer in the buffet? If they do is it readily available? Need to know if I need to pack some.
