First of all I hope I am not violating any of the forums rules by this post, that is not my intention.
I just thought I might point out to all of you which are coming to Akureyri that there are always various tours available at the harbour up on your arrival, we (IceAk Super Jeeps Tours) and other tour operators are there on the spot offering our services.
As far as I know then unfortunately this is never announced on board the cruise ships as they want to sell their own tours which often are a quite a lot more expensive than tours booked directly with tour operators.
Of course it is also possible to book tours in advance with any tour operator.
