this year will be my 3 year on the Epic  and I love it!  as soon as you get on ship go to the station to book I think its on the 7th floor and book your show like comedy howl at the moon and escape  oh   and your tender tickets  and you will be fine    enjoy !

I have cruised on the Epic the past 2 years  and again in April.  I love the Epic, no everything but I enjoyed the entertainment not crazy about the casino  but its ok    food was excellent   room service excellent steward was excellent  pub great   alittle crowed   but booked dinner times when we wanted and the shows.   I remember going on the Getaway   my first time on NCL AND THIS TYPE OF SHIP AND I WAS NO IMPRESSED BUT THE FOLLOWING YEAR  THE ePIC AND NOW THAT I KNOW THE QERKS OF NCL   I LOVE IT!   LOOKING FOWARD TO APRIL THE 6TH 2019 WITH BFF'S

We are getting on the Epic on Saturday and I'm excited to go. I've been reading many reviews-a lot of not very good ones and some really good ones. But I take them with a grain of salt-some of the complaints that I've read wouldn't bother me in the least. Some of them wouldn't apply to me.Two different cruisers on the same sailing can and do have completely different experiences. I can tell by some of the reviews that the person was not prepared-they didn't do any research and didn't know to book dining and shows ahead of time. Or they got to the room and the bathroom set up was not what they were expecting.

I think it's what you make of it, nothing is perfect. My husband and I are planning on having a wonderful time, but we aren't going to set the bar so high as it will be a bad vacation if things aren't perfect.

if you want to just get in the water with your own equipment ... as you exit the tender spot walk to the right around the bend is a place called eden rock it is a perfect spot to snorkel we have snorkeled there may times tarpons and parrot fish plentiful we love it at the restaurant the also rent equipment and great turle soup!
