We finally booked an excursion for George Town, Grand Cayman. I am taking my ultra-light rollator (it folds up) with me.https://www.walgreens.com/…/walgreen…/ID=prod6172864-product I hope they don't say i can't go because I did not book it 21 days in advance. We booked 7 Mile Beach Break at Tiki Beach.

Lordy...get a guidebook..see what interests you in each port...then ask about it! We can help with HOW to do what interests you! you might not need any excursion at all! Amazing...but most things don't require a paid guide!

Is that one is Cozumel?

No, the one we booked was Castaway at Malfini and its at Labadee Haiti.

From what I have read Malfini is very limited. It may have sold out. Amiga was my second choice for Labadee.

We think the best place to sit/see the 70's Party is in front of the pub on the promenade. (If you're still interested in attending, as some repeat cruisers skip this event) Also a good place to watch the parade is in this area too.

 

 

 

I've read that the Crypt nightclub has been replaced with cabins and a Mexican style restaurant??? Is this true? And if so- where is the nightclub entertainment?

Free food venues: Main Dining Room, Windjammer (buffet), Cafe Promenade, Sorrento's.

they are all the same in terms of menu etc. the only difference is whether you are on early /late dining or MTD as to where you are seated.

 

it is a multiple level Dining Room. each floor has a different name.

Do all the restaurants on the Freedom of the Seas have a cover charge?

What dining room do you like the best on the Freedom of the Seas? I see in the 2015-2016 vacation planner book I have it has 3 dining rooms. They are the Rembrandt dining room, Michelangelo dining room and the Botticelli dining room.

The entertainment schedule will not be released by the cruise line because there are no pre-cruise reservations for entertainment on Freedom.

 

If you are looking to make dinner reservations that won't conflict with shows, then you might want to pick times that are close to the traditional dining times which have been 5:30pm and 8pm out of Port Canaveral.

The 2016-2017 Adventure Vacations Brochure we picked up has picture of the decks in it. It shows Dog & Badger Pub on deck 5.

I do not recall a Dog and Badger pub on Freedom :confused:
