We are from Ontario Canada and are going Western Caribbean on the Seaside. We booked through Transat Holiday’s

Great read so far we are going on the seaside this November.  I see that you had the frozen Toblerone drink.  Did you have the Drinks on us Package or did you pay extra for that drink ?

We just used a taxi from POM to FFL on Jan 18th. We are a family of 4. It was $80.00 including tip. So like other posters have said a shuttle is cheaper if there is only 2 of you, but for 4 of us Taxi worked the best no waiting for a shuttle to fill up.

The reason I posted "private car"service is so I wouldn't inconvenience anyone else by asking a shuttle to stop. We also are a family of 4 so cost really isn't that different. I certainly did not mean to start a argument by asking a question :(

I ended up booking with Larry's Limos. I called Go airport to get a Quote because my laptop doesn't support there Quoting system. I first called the 1-800 number it would not go through. I ended up calling the regular number to be put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up called Larry's confirmed with 5 minutes.

I want private car service because we are flying in from Canada and want to stop at a store to pick up water and pop for our cruise. I have narrowed my search down to 3 companies. I am asking for help to choose. Larry's Limos, Fort Lauderdale Shuttle and Limo and Elite Shuttle Inc.

We leave on the Splendor Jan 11. Has anyone heard of Carnival having this option on anymore of there ships? We will have our 2 teenage boys with us and looks like a great price :)

We will be travelling with our teen boys in Jan. They both usually where jeans and t-shirts when going out to dinner at home. Can they wear that in the MDR?

I don want to go shopping for clothes before the cruise that they will never wear again.

Is the administrative fee from your travel agent? if so did they divulge this information when you booked?

My TA actually got us a savings of $310.00 Canadian savers rate. An admin. Fee of $67.00 I am not going to worry about. I am not sure if it's the TA, Transat Holidays or Carnival I am a happy camper/cruiser lol

We did book ES I called my TA yesterday about price drop. She informed me today that my credit card will be credited $250.00. Not the $400 difference that I found our booking to be. It is because of a admin fee and the Canadian $. I will take $250.00 though no problem :)

You need to know what rate you booked and if you are beyond the final payment due date. Do you know that information?

The rate I booked was $499 per person. I booked it April with deposit and Paid in full in August.

I just did a mock booking and it is now $404 per person. I know at the time my Travel agent encourage me to book then because of the Canadian dollar, but I am not sure now that was a great idea?

For a family of 4 that is a $400 difference :( is it time to call my TA?

We are going to be cruising for the first time in Jan. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this? but its talking about saving some $$ so I thought I would ask.

We booked our cruise this past may and now when I price the cruise it is about $400 cheaper. I have read on this forum about people getting upgrades or on board credit?

I don't want my travel agent to think I am a pain by telling her to contact carnival about this. I want to make sure before that I am in the right asking about these discounts before I contact her?
