I just found this website and booked an appointment for myself and my family for the day prior to departure.

What is the voltage of those European outlets by the desk?  Will an adapter be sufficient or do we need a voltage converter to bring it down to 110V?

I usually get through to a person on the chat quicker than getting through to a person on the phone.

My cruise was canceled only to be replaced by another with a similar itinerary. I changed my booking to the new, replacement itinerary.  I waited for months for the deposit for the original booking to be applied to the new booking. But after chatting with someone I was eventually told I had to call and ask for booking support. I waited on hold for almost 2 hours, hung up, called back the next day, waiting on hold again for an hour. While on hold I went back to the chat and talked to someone else.  I was eventually told, in the chat, that it was in the queue and will eventually be processed. Then I hung up the phone, which was still on hold.

I didn’t receive any emails. Not even the New Cancellation Policy Changes. My departure date is still 3 months away but I’m wondering why I didn’t even get that email. 

They come in all different sizes. I’m sure there’s something out that that will be good enough. I do not expect to find something that exactly fits. I need something to help my kids organize their clothes or it will be mess after just 2 days with only shelves. 

Golden Princess, I don’t remember the room category offhand. BB, or BC something like that. One of our rooms is midship, the other is slightly forward from midship. Aloha deck, standard balcony room. 

I want to get some of those cloth collapsible storage bins to use on the shelves in the closet. but I dont want to get some that are too big that wont fit, or way too small and end up having a lot of wasted space.

Can someone tell me the dimensions of the shelves in the closet?
