Sorry, but looking for information on bed configuration. In the past, we would ask that bed be split into two twins. I tend to toss and turn all night and the little bit of separation really helps my wife.

i can’t quite understand how the beds work, people mentioned L shaped set up if bed is split. We would be looking at a balcony cabin. Also, I saw someone say they were harder than concrete. Can someone try to clarify issue...much appreciated..😊

Hi, we are unsure what to make of new way of cruising. Last cruise was a circle Caribbean 14 day cruise right before Covid. We have sailed several lines with NCL, Royal, and Celebrity being most traveled. We are active on board and on shore. Will we fit demographic? We expect it to trend younger, but how much?

what will be familiar and what will be completely different. 
What feedback can someone provide who has cruised often on the more traditional lines?

what will we like, what will we not like?

Never done a back to back before. As U.S. citizens what would be the procedure during turnaround day? Must we present ourselves to customs, can we leave and board ship? Do we assemble as a group?....thank you, hopefully we will all be sailing soon..😎😎

I was original poster...just rescheduled our 4/21 cruise on Royal to 4/22....price comparable....this was our entire family cruising daughters, husbands and 4 grandkids...too much risk and uncertainty, plus airfare from Boston during school vacation is outrageous and do not want to lose it,,,would need to book airfare by end of May also....next up is deciding on our NCL out of San Juan 2/1/21...third cruise is supposed to be on Virgin Voyages in Sept. 21...new ship being built now...my guess is may not be completed in time due to coved 19....

these cancelled cruises are just inconveniences...many people have real problems...financial health etc....consider ourselves very lucky at this point..stay well!!😊😊

Have three cruises booked for 2121 and thinking of canceling all of them...this virus may reappear in fall and cruise ships are not safe places if infected people are onboard. We won’t fell comfortable for a long time on a cruise ship and this is from a cruise lover. When you others jump back in? Stay safe..

We are booked for Sept. 2021 and looking forward to something new....we booked the Edge when it first came out and were excited. Then we finally figured out that we really didn’t have a real balcony, only a virtual balcony which really is only a space with a half window that can open. Also, we on your so-called balcony, AC shuts off.

we truly enjoy our balconies so it was a deal breaker and we cancelled. Maybe VV will be something unique..time will tell..

Wife and I are booked for Sept 2021....we will be 70.....that number looks worse in print😉😉

Small boardwalk with local food and drinks, chairs, tons of shade, calm water, easy entry, clean bathrooms, etc.  Great spot..

Hi, Reedprincess if you are still out there another question please. My wife and I would like a simple beach day...calm water, gentle incline in and out of water, local beer, chairs and umbrella or shade, walkable beach for a stroll.

Hope not too much to ask, but you a wealth of local knowledge. What options do you recommend for this type of day. I think our ship docks on 1/31/20.

Hi, been to Reggae Beach and done catamaran to Nevis. This time want to spend a lot of time in the water....what is the best beach for calm waters and easy in and out of water......thanks..😎😎

Went to Darkwood last January and did a lot of swimming, but the drop off was sharp ,but manageable for us. However, if it has gotten any worse it would be dangerous for many...we are looking to try something else this year with gradual entry into water...what is Jolly Beach/ harbor like...I hope I am correct about this beach name😉😉

Thanks for all the encouragement..we always pack a good attitude and this time will be no different. Feeling much better about the cruise...will report back with balanced and hopefully positive review...

We have sailed the Epic once before, so we know the ship itself is poorly designed. However, I just read about a dozen reviews and about 10 are one star. I know there are a lot of complainers out there and have seen other ships get slammed, but this is unsettling. We sail the 26 th of this month and are hoping we have a much better experience. We have about 30 cruises under our belt and at least 10 with NCL,. We have never had a one star experience, so hopefully this will continue. We will report when we return with a detailed review.

I agree..still undecided on beach...Darkwood was great last year, but wife wants more gentle entry with less drop off....we always have a few beers at the beach, but go to swim..and still looking for advice..anyone been to Jolly Beach

Had a great summer ale at Soggy Dollar..thought it was locally brewed....several years ago at the same bar had one and it was from New Hampshire....didn’t care for Leatherback Lager...

Saw the super bowl last year on Dawn...couldn’t take the anti Patriots sentiment in bars...watched Pats win and also won 1200 on super bowl squares. 3–3 came up three times.

Could be Ravens year...seem the best team out there...always have a soft spot for Chiefs since they won in Super Bowl four and legitimized AFL with merger...

if not Pats, still an AFC guy....
