Am i reading all the information correctly? For Holland we need a COVID test within 72 hours of embarkment and Canada doesn't require a COVID test if we are fully vacinated? Delta airlines requires it within 72 hours of departure.

We are in the Pinnacle suite and HAL said there was a butler. I am already disappointed with HAL after cancelling 4 of my excursions. I have redone them but not what we were expecting

we are going to Alaska with Holland America. What is the customary tipping for the butler. We are in the Pinnacle suite

ASQC called my TA and said they will be mailing a check instead of crediting my credit card. This was early last week, still no check

The problem is we booked for next year but they said we could only apply 75% to next years cruise and they had to refund the other 25%. They told our TA we would have it the end of October and here it is the end of November. Maybe time to get an attorney

Has anyone gotten their refund yet? Our trip was cancelled back in July and still no refund

We are scheduled to go from Redwing to New Orleans on August 1 on the Duchess. With all the new spikes in Covid 19 being reported makes me extremely nervous. Here in Las Vegas social distancing is a joke in the casinos and only 30% of the people are wearing masks. My travel agent told me if we cancel 30 days in advance we would get 75% refund, what a joke. I haven't seen any guidelines as to how American is going to protect the passengers not only on the boat but on excursions as well

wife was talking to some women while getting her nails done and they suggested using a company called Advantage for shore excursions. When I google it nothing comes up. Has anyone heard of them?

we contacted Celebrity about their two day St Petersburg excursion for next year and when we read the itinerary it says at your leisure so we asked what that meant. They told us you are with a group and if someone is not ready to move onto the next site everyone has to wait for them. Have been looking at SPB tours which also offer 2 days, have anyone had any bad experiences with them? And what about getting off the ship since it is a private tour?

Just rebooked our trip that we had to cancel the end of August. Going NCL for 14 days from Barcelona to Venice. Is booking the excursions through NCL any better than going private. If private who do you recommend and which excursions are a must (first time in Europe). I tried a private one for my son on his honeymoon on St John, they were a no show so a little leary about private. Looking for some great ideas

We were scheduled to leave August 25 for Europe cruise on Celebrity but had to cancel a week before due to a death of one of the passengers husband. We are now looking to reschedule for next year. The cruise went from Barcelona to Venice but I see now they leave from Rome going to Venice, how much are we missing not going to Barcelona? Have also been getting e-mails regarding Viking cruises, has anyone had any experience with Viking or should we just stay with Celebrity?

The cruise is 12 nights and we have 2 additional night in hotels at both ends of the cruise. I was told the OBC could be used for gambling as well. This is our first time overseas and don't know what to expect. All the excursions are paid for so I guess it would be just the tips.

Going on Celebrity cruise from Barcelona to Venice in August, all the excursions are booked and paid, and I have $1500.00 in shipboard credit for three of us. Assuming any souvenirs will be charged, how much cash would I need to bring:confused:

Wife's dream cruise is the Greek Isle. Been looking at Celebrity and Royal Caribian, just seems like Celebrity had more Ports of Call (14 day). Is one cruise line better over the other? What is the best time to go? Suggestion on excursions?
