The correct date is 11/29/20 and the roll call still does not show up when I have looked for it in Roll Call Finder.  What am I doing wrong.  I did set it up in the forum for Norwegian roll calls.  -- Connie

Hello Everyone!  I'm trying to start this roll call and apparently I did the it wrong the last time I tried the date format was wrong.  So here I am again with the right one!  By the time we sail. I'll have been on the Encore Inaugural and should be able to answer some questions about her.  We do have some time to think about this great trip!  Welcome all!  -- Connie 

Marion, I met far more nice people on board. But I have many cruises completed and never have I seen a pack of people like this group. My opinion is that this type of group would not ever be on a cruise out of Miami, Tampa, New Orleans or other ports. I may be wrong here. But I have to travel to cruise (no ports in Illinois) so why would I travel to NYC and risk a repeat?

 

BTW, I loved our mini-vacation in Manhattan and look forward to returning. Just not to cruise and risk being confined with this group again.

Wow! I am not sure what group was on that cruise, but I have sailed out of New York at least 20 times. I can honestly say that I did not run into anything like this. That's not to say I haven't seen nasty passengers on some cruises, but don't make it about cruising out of New York and never cruise from here again. It is so wonderful to leave from here in my opinion. I always say why take pictures of the Statue of Liberty and going under the Verazzano Bridge, but we always do! Give it another chance! At least you know that group will not be on any Norwegian ship.

isn't this the same as posting a specific travel agent?

I enjoy all the work my agent does, but she is paid, after all. I am embarrassed when I keep changing my mind, but it is her job.

To answer your inquiry, Carlos is the Concierge on the Gem. He is not a travel agent. He helps the Haven and Platinum guests make any reservations on the ship for dining or excursions or whatever. I hope this helps! -- Connie

Thanks for posting the pictures. How did you get so up close and personal? I'm guessing you work for NCL? We sail on her on December 3rd. Really looking forward to it! Where on social media can we see these. Going cray cray over here trying to find more pics!

I was under the impression the first sailing is Nov 13th

The ship is currently in Freeport in the Bahamas on land, hence drydock. and is scheduled to be back in New York to pick up passengers on November 13th. I hope this clears up any confusion. -- Connie

We are sailing 1/2 and if I read right the Blue Lagoon is gone? My boys will be devastated loved their wings.

They will still be able to get wings in O'Sheehan's. Don't worry, be happy!
