  1. If you’re looking for a true Cruise then Pride of America may not be your best choice. This ship is best thought of as a Hotel that brings you around the Hawaiian Islands without having to fly island to island or unpack multiple times. The ship doesn’t have a great deal of activities on the ship as compared with many of the newer ships or a big night life because most people spend their days seeing Hawaii. By the time everyone gets back each evening many are tired and want to just rest for the next day’s adventure. Bottom line, if you go on Pride of America with the expectation of seeing as much of Hawaii as you can in a week you will not be disappointed, you’ll have a great time. If your expectation is to compare it to other Cruise ships only and are looking for lots of night life and other shipboard activities then you will be disappointed.

    Hope this helps.

    Have fun!

  2. The Pride of America was designed specifically to take people from Island to Island, it really isn’t a Cruise Ship is any way. It’s all about the Ports of Call. If you’re looking for a Cruise with Shipboard activities look at just about any other Cruise in the World.

  3. We're going on our first cruise in the next few weeks and were wondering if there is a way to find out what entertainment might be on the cruise before we leave? We understand that once onboard the list of events will be posted daily but we were just curious if it was posted ahead of time. Thanks.
