    My girlfriends too.

    and I was travelling by myself from 50 but only overland tours the very long ones which my husband didn’t want to join . to uncomfortable for him

    I am really glad I made them because it gives you  quite a  vieuw  of the variety of the countries you ate visiting.

    Disappearing chairs

    I have sailed solo 7 times and this chair issue always happen. If I go to a lounge to listen to music and have a cocktail I look for a table that has 3-4 open seats.  Passengers come by and ask if this seat is taken. One by one those chairs are moved to another table and I'm left sitting along with no one to have a chat with. This also happens near the pool so after a few hours I have empty spaces on both sides.  Have you noticed this /

    Yes we noticed the same thing and when you ask to leave a chair they come to fetch it at a later time.

    Maasdam entertainment post upcoming dry dock

    We are seriously considering the 21 day Alaska cruise San Francisco return May 2019 on the Maasdam. While we are not late night party types we do like some options after dinner and are not into classical music. I understand there is no BB Kings but there would be a show of some sort every night and there would be the two pianos (can't recall what they are called). Does anybody know if BB Kings might make an appearance following the upcoming dry dock/refit? I have no idea the extent of the dry dock/refit.

     

     

    This winter we had great musicians two Russian ladies a piano player Svetlana and a violinist play they were suburb ! they played classical music and whatneverwe wanted nearly the whole ship was sitting in the lounge!!!Every evening 39 days . Svetlana is not coming back she had to go to a different ship she told me through facebook yesterday but we stay in touch although we live in the Netherlands and she Odessa. We are sailing Maasdam San Francisco - Yokohama 35 days hopefully again.

    I was able to use it last night to complete a booking but some people report that it comes and goes. You should probably open it in an incognito window instead of the browser window you normally use so that you don't get redirected to the new site.

     

    This link they are sending us and we enter up in the Academy and other stuff but never come in the check-in

    So we phoned and made heavy complaints about it again.

    For our next voyage we do use a TA.

    This weekend we started looking out for a new cruise.But we are having difficulties even in chrome te reach their booking and see the real prices

     

    everytime we try we cannot enter although we have all the updates on windows 10.

    we use Chrome as everybody here suggested and still we do have problems

    We enter into their offers and then we can only see their offers all the others are somehow blocked.

    What to do now or waiting and get a TA.

    Very Bad HAL Maintenance.....or is it just me?

    Main problem all the smaller ships are up for sale now already since 2015

    Everytime we book a cruise in advance we are afraid the ship is gone.

    Rotterdam will be in drydock in november but will she be get the things she really needs because Nieuw Statendam will arrive at october2018 and from then on 2 smaller ships should leave the company

    Probably Maasdam and ?

    Like Ryndam and Statendam in 2015

    So we think Zaandam will be joining her
