When he announced the Alaska miracle itinerary change on Facebook, he promised to answer all questions folks had on a date certain. He did not address any questions on Facebook as far as I could tell, other than have the captain describe the route. My questions and concerns have been ignored.
He strikes me as a blustery cheerleader: Everything is great and will be even better now that we've cancelled a port.
