Yeah I can't add a beverage package to my booking. I click the button to add to my cruise but link instead takes me a page that doesn't have the package on it. Very frustrating. I like their ships a lot but this website is a piece of garbage.

My wife and I were on this cruise too. I will put in a plug for how they handle gluten free items. In the buffet, my wife had a very hard time getting anything. Very limited items for her. However, the main dining rooms, which you can eat lunch and breakfast in on most days, provided her with a separate Gluten free menu which she greatly appreciated. The head waiter in Waves restaurant was fantastic and even provided her with dessert options not on the menu.
I mostly agree with everything you said in the post. We will still sail MSC and look forward to trying a couple of different ships in the future.

I called in to MSC cruises. Their customer service is a little weak but after going around a few times with them I finally got an answer. This is an old drink package which has less on it than the current Easy Package and the 15% gratuity is not included when you do get drinks. It was recommended that I switch to the Easy Package to get better selection and eliminate paying a gratuity every time. The person I spoke to was not very knowledgeable about the packages. MSC needs to work on getting their staff better equipped to answer questions or make their website better for answering questions.

My wife and I booked this Meraviglia cruise out of Miami in January 2020 over a year out. On our paperwork, the drink package is listed as OBS FREE UNLIMITED DRINKS. Does anyone here know which drink package that is? The MSC site is pretty much useless for looking up this kind of information.
Thanks for any help.

Are the Aqua Rooms still going to have Blu?

Taking a cruise that starts in Vancouver and ends in Seattle next year on Solstice. We will be spending the night in Seattle the day we pull in. Does anyone have any hotel recommendations with easy access to the light rail there?
Thanks

My only experience with Celebrity on the phone has been a positive one. I was already booked on a cruise for next year. I called to switch rooms because my wife wanted a room with the bed next to the balcony. I got X on the phone, switched the room. She then told me that there was a 123GO incentive going on now and asked if I wanted to trade my $150 OBC for the Classic Drink Package. I said sure and took it. Seems like you can get incentive changes by calling X.

Jude8,
Thank you so much for this review!! My wife and I will be cruising this next May and she has a gluten allergy as well. It's great to hear of all the food options that will be available to her as we too will be in an Aqua room.

I usually use chrome and it is not working on chrome. I tried IE just for giggles and it worked perfectly. Weird.

Yeah I was trying to pay something on there today and it is just a white screen.

Yeah I'll do it over the phone. The place I found to upgrade was under the view reservation option. When that screen comes up there is an edit room option that leads you to room upgrades. Kind of cumbersome interface. Guess I'll go old school with the phone. :)

Been trying to upgrade my booked room from C3 to an Aqua. The site lets me do it but then says "currently unable to process your request at this time" Is this a weekend site maintenance issue or is this something I have to call in to do? New to using the Celebrity site so any help on this is appreciated.
Thanks

Florida resident driving to Port Everglades - Day of or day prior to cruise?

We live on the gulf coast near the Tampa area. If we sail out of Port Canaveral then we drive the same day since it is about a 2 hour drive. Everglades and Miami we drive the day before. Not risking trying to make it when the drive is 4-5 hours to the port.
