Hello
Has anyone taken the above railway for an excursion to Tierra del FUego ?
My interest is photography. So I want to know if the train follows a route that allows for scenic photography. Taking pictures through windows always compromises picture quality.....but are the windows on this train "clean enough"? Can they be opened?
Thx.

Hi
I am trying to gauge something that is difficult to determine because everyone's tastes are different.......
I have heard it said that there is a difference in the quality of food on RCI vs Princess. I have not yet sailed on either of these lines but I will on Princess in Jan. 2015.
For those who have experienced Holland AMerica and Celebrity in addition to the abovementioned lines, can you comment please?
Thx.

Hello
Would you say that a fleece and a waterproof shell is sufficient for protection there, not withstanding keeping one's camera dry?
-
Yes I am going to book excursions but it is too early. Princess indicates excursion bookings can be made no earlier than 4 months before cruise.
Many thanks.

My interest is photography. Any suggestions?

Hi
I am doing the S. America cruise on the golden princess from Santiago to B. Aires that departs Valparaiso on Jan. 17 2015.
Anyone else going? I am a solo traveller and I am looking to hang out with people!
-
Hello
I am doing the above cruise in Jan. 2015.
For those who have done it ins, say, something like the Golden Princess, can you tell me if there is a lot of ship rocking motion?
I have only cruised in the Baltic, Caribbean and the Mediterranean, and I am sure that this is different!
Thanks.

Hello
I am thinking about this cruise:

CAIRNS(YORKEY'S KNOB),AUSTRLCAIRNS(YORKEY'S KNOB),AUSTRL
PORT DOUGLAS, AUSTRALIA

Knowing that is the rainy season in Australia has anyone done a similar cruise? What kind of weather did you encounter? DOes rain last for more than a few hours?
