The Ragatta has great steam rooms but no sauna at all. Not sure about the other ships.

We have an upcoming cruise on Regatta May 18th with on board credits. Is there anything that can't be used for credit, such as gratuities, laundry, gift shop, casino, all excursions etc? I assume anything that can be put on your account would qualify but just want to make sure. Thanks.

I have read this thread but am still a bit confused. We are arriving on the Oceana Regatta so not sure what pier they use. We want to take the red Skyglider gondola to the top and walk on our own then take it back down which I read is $49.95. We would buy the tickets at the site. How do we actually get the gondola. Is it walkable and how far is it from the pier? Thanks.

I finally received the rest of my refund for my April 18th Pursuit Cruise. Only it was in two more amounts but the total of all the refunds equaled exactly what I paid.

I'm still owed a final refund amount and I cannot get an answer when it will be paid. This was for the April 18th Pursuit cruise. I did receive several refunds in amounts that did not relate to anything. The final amount due is $1100. The lack of communication from Azamara is disappointing.

I am still waiting for the remaining portion of my refund after receiving three separate partial amounts over the past few weeks. Strangely, the amount still owed is the amount of my deposit. Azamara has not answered my emails. When I called, the rep said he could not tell me when the final refund would be processed. So today I disputed the charge thru my credit card company (Citicard). Citi has been great with handling disputed charges as they successfully refunded the amount I paid for my cancelled air flights through another travel company.

I just received a third partial refund for my April 18th Pursuit cruise. None of the amounts make any sense. I am still owed the amount of my deposit ($1100). I called Azamara and they could not explain the partial amounts received either. However I was told by the rep that the final refund was still forthcoming. All of this despite the May 15th email from Nils Lindstad, Associate Vice President, Sales & Trade Support, informing me and others that we would be fully refunded by May 31st.

As others have posted, on May 15th Nils Lindsat, Associate Vice President, Sales & Trade Support, sent an email to travel agents informing them that clients received only a partial refund. He said the remaining funds can be expected to be received by May 31st. This date has passed and I have not received the balance of my refund. Why send out such an email when the terms cannot be fulfilled? At least send out another email with an update. Really shooting themselves in the foot

I was told that ship is heading for Point Magu..
Again it’s Point Mugu not Magu. Pt Mugu is a Naval Air Station without a deep water port. They may be headed to Port Hueneme. -

Point Magu in Ventura County, 600 mile (24 hr sail) That is what the US media are reporting.
It’s spelled Point Mugu and it’s a Naval Air Station without a deep water port. They might dock at nearby Port Hueneme, a Navy Base that possibly could handle a ship of that size. Then maybe bus passengers to Point Mugu for quarantine.

Looks like they are now at anchorage off Ube Japan. Not a major tourist destination and not even sure if they are tendering passengers to the port. Probably just the best place to seek shelter from the typhoon.

You will get an email notification to watch the muster video prior to sailing so you can do it at home. Upon boarding we were immediately directed to an area where they checked us off as meeting the requirement. Then we proceeded to our stateroom. At least that is how it went on the Regatta.
