Is it going to be possible to find members of our family that are booked seperately but on the same cruise using Ocean Compass app? Or will it only let us view the other people in our booking?

Glory is my favorite.

Our flight arrives at 9am on embarkation day in Ft Lauderdale. The earliest check-in time we could select is 1:00 PM. Are we permitted to leave our luggage with the porters at the ship and then leave port for a couple hours without dragging around our luggage? We would be taking Lyft or Uber.

If you do purchase the internet plan when on board, is there a way for you to check how many minutes you have consumed in your plan?...perhaps an app like Carnival's HUB app? I'm thinking about purchasing the least expensive amount of minutes just to communicate with family through email or messenger apps a few times throughout the trip. We will be on the Niuew Amsterdam if that makes a difference.

I bring a 3oz container called Liquid Coffeemate 2Go. It's small enough for a pocket or purse and has a lid. I would bring it with me to breakfast and dinner.

We have booked a private cabana at Half Moon Cay in late November. We have the option to get the Butler Service Upgrade Package which is $270 for our group of three through Holland America. Has anyone purchased this upgrade and was it worth the money? Was your butler attentive and efficient with keeping the free drinks coming?

The ship delayed leaving port for a couple hours to finish up Super Bowl 50 in 2016. We were able to watch in the cabin then. Sadly the Panthers choked. I will never be on a cruise again if my team is in the playoffs or super bowl. It was bad luck! 🏈

I've had mixed experiences. The one time we opted for the early dining we were seated at a table of 3 other couples all close to us in age. Two of the couples were awesome. We got along well and had a great time. The other couple was awful. Both of them were extremely rude towards our wait staff and were both seriously wasted. It got so out of hand on night 3 that my DH and the 2 other guys had to ask them to leave. Never saw them after that. ☺ I usually prefer just the two of us.

I really like the black one. Neither are too formal. I love dressing up for formal night too. On our last Carnival cruise we actually had the pleasure of watching two guys in tshirts, cutoff jean shorts, and flip flops get booted out of the MDR on formal night by the maitre d'. It was epic. Enjoy your cruise!

I love the Glory. I guess I'm sentimental because I sailed the Glory on my first cruise and was so pleased I couldn't get enough. The food is excellent and service was beyond our expectations on all 3 of our trips on the Glory. We really liked the fun ship 2.0 upgrades.
