Good suggestions f rom Lucas. There is also the light railway which follows the coast (nice views) from Malaga with frequent trains, goes as far as Fuengirola, and you can get on and off wherever as far as I remember. We thought the ho ho bus in Malaga was good value and it picks up from the cruise terminal gates. there are two routes and you can swap between them. This way you can get to the botanic gardens which are nice but not good on a wet day!
Can you tell me where the HoHo stop will be coming to Malaga this spring . ? Your experience ....Thanks

In past seasons they have stayed open late to accommodate ship tours. You could confirm directly with Butchart for this season in case there have been changes, but you are correct that the cruise lines (all of them) are still selling excursions with the intention of their passengers seeing the gardens during evening calls in May.
We did this tour May 2016 . Gardens stay open for cruise ship tours only .It's beautiful but maybe 2 hours of daylight no crowds .We have Tea & Gardens tour....tea was at the park pavilion. Butchard is big there's not enough time to see all. We saw the Parliament and Victoria harbour in our way to the ship from the bus . Back to Solstice around 10:30pm was freezing and long walk from drop off to the gangway. Very nice tour will do it again.

Reflection any time . Totally agree with Cruisejunky . Another thread mentioned Infinity has propulsion problems affecting their SA itinerary .

Don't worry about the Koala's, definitely hold one if that is what you really want. They are cute and cuddly but sometimes they do pee, just hold it away like you would a baby without a nappy on.
You crack me up ...can't stop laughing

I would say Australia is nicer every month but I am biased.
In terms of weather' date=' NZ is generally cooler at any time of the year and also gets much more rain.
As for temperatures in those months, it is much the same I suppose, November would likely be a little warmer in both countries, but it is likely to have more storms as well.
I would probably a pick November cruise but I that is so it doesn't affect my sports season too much.[/quote']
Thanks . Kids still in school March and November ?

With this heat, I have been doing a lot of cricket watching (Aussies vs Poms vs the heat) and also lots of puzzles, ironing, cooking and other indoor chores whilst in the air conditioning.
Which month is nicer for the Aus/Nz cruise late March or November. ?

Princess is giving us a 25% credit toward a future cruise to compensate for missing the two ports.
I'm a little confused which ports you see. Thanks for taking your time to do this review.
