Still no mention of the additional OBC if Cunard have applied spend at the orginal time of booking (as part of the incentive )

Any ideas if the additional on board spending applies if you have already been issued OBC by Cunard at the time of the original booking ?

Having sailed in AOS earlier this year, fantastic itinerary (Norway.... Incredible) I think its time to sell her to Thomson Holidays ;-)

Good evening all,
First posting on this forum, so please go gently on me. We have just returned from the 7 day Norway cruise on AOS, and I have to agree with all the comments posted so far. We did take our young children ( aged 6 and 4 ) who had a wonderful time in the children's club. On a positive note the ports of call where 1st class and service was up to the usual RCI standard, however AOS has seen better days and is looking very tired ( having confirmed the refit with RCI prior to booking ). Cabins are still stuck in the 80s and steelwork showing signs of rust. During the cruise they were laying new isle carpets throughout the vessel but these are just small updates which aren't going to provide the much needed refresh required. I have to say the shows where below standard with the exception of Graffiti Classics who were simply amazing.

Whilst we are booked to go on QM2 in July and have been 'blessed' with the OBC, I need to cancel a cruise for some elderly friends who do not have access to the Internet. The customer services number 03454 550300 is not working, is there an alternative number they can call ?
Thanks
