What cabin type would be recommended for someone who gets seasick? Interior so they don't know they are moving or a balcony so they can look out? What deck?

Is $67/day the average for 2022 cruises? This seems high to me!

Could someone please explain how taxes and the Bottomlesss Bubbles package work? It says that you have to pay tax for each drink. So during the whole cruise, every time I get a drink I have to swipe my sign and sail card to pay tax? Thank you!

We still haven't decided yet :) After speaking with our wedding coordinator, we were also given the Main Show Lounge as an option. It just doesn’t have the right feel for us so it is out. I am leaning towards Alfred’s but my fiancé does not like the idea of being married “in a bar” .

Thanks everyone! They typically use the Gallery for weddings but it is unable to accommodate us that day. There is no “chapel” onboard (I think they have been taking them out) but that is usually the go-to room for weddings on the Conquest. Thanks again!

The Gallery is really pretty for the ceremony. If you have the DJ the reception will be in the Nightclub but if not the Blue's Piano Bar is pretty cool.

Where are you having your ceremony and reception on the Conquest?

Somewhere on here I saw the email addresses of how to contact the steakhouses. You could search for it. Email them and tell them you are interested in renting the steakhouse for your group. You might be able to talk to them about getting a cake or something with the meal. I inquired a while ago but since my party is bigger they were going to have to split the seatings into groups and that wasn't what I wanted.

You can order small cakes to your room through the fun shops. Did you look into renting out the steakhouse and doing a reception that way? Or going through someone else like islandblissweddings?

Springhill suite ft lauderdale airport and cruise port. Free airport pickup, free shuttle to cruise pier, across the street from a shopping center with lots of restaurants nearby, pool, free water and cookies in lobby, great breakfast. Highly recommend.
