I am wondering if they are keeping the bookings that align with the new system, ie if by chance you picked the dining room that will offer either traditional or reserved times in that particular ship?

We all know the dining booking changes in June for cruises post Sept, and that current MDR reservations are supposed to be cancelled - has anyone actually had pre-existing bookings cancelled yet? We have 3 cruises post Sept and in each case our reservations are still showing on the app.

I only find mentions of cover charge for Sabatinis in USD, nothing on their website - does anyone know what the charge is in AUD on Aussie cruises?

Got the same email here in Australia early this morning, but our reservations in MDR for cruises post Sept still listed, not cancelled yet.

We just got off our first Plus cruise, - our first cruise post Covid. We really enjoyed the experience, it was a real treat to try a new drink whenever you wanted! Normally we are very careful with our pennies so it is a real luxury to not have to worry about whether I can justify the expense of another drink when on holiday. Plus all the way!

Am I right in thinking Kai Sushi is now casual rather than speciality? Is it the only casual dining the ship offers? Alfredos? Vines? And I can't see International Cafe on deck plans! I know the ship is aimed at the Asian market but it seems like they lost a lot of the favourites!

I didn't think it was possible nor necessary to make reservations for Reserved Collection MDR.
AND, as usual, app is non-responsive today so I can't "book" dinner reservations on an upcoming cruise in Reserve Collection MDR (just to see).

We have a booking for late Sept with reserved MDR, they are not showing yet as cancelled.

Interesting situation. The spa should be checking your medallion when you check in, but I could see this happening. Someone could make a reservation and give a false room number at a spa promotion sign up event when staff are standing away from desk with clipboards. Then when the person checks on they could just say they forgot their medallion in their room. Would be pretty diabolical but a dishonest person might be able to pull it off. And without the actual medallion info to identify the person after the fact, they might not be able to figure it out. Glad you got it cleared up!!Just another reason to be paranoid and check app folio regularly- imagine having to sort this out after cruise (especially considering we haven't got our final folio email yet)

I just remembered an incident onboard on recent cruise- we noticed in folio in app that we were charged with amount to Lotus Spa - we took it to customer service who directed us to the Spa and they checked record - someone else (name seen, not us) had given our cabin number. It was no problem to get it reversed but how could it happen anyway, aren't they supposed to bill it via the medallion which would obviously not bring up our details? I would hate to think someone could buy something onboard by just giving a cabin number with no checks.

As for your case number, good luck. On 6 February I wrote to Princess about something and received a quick email advising the response might take up to 10 days. Nothing by mid-March so I wrote again just following up the original. Yep, you guessed it - I got another case number with another wait for 10 days. We are now well past that 10 days as well. Princess customer service is a disgrace.
Pretty damn bad, I agree. I wasn't cross before, but I am now, and I am just about to fill in my post cruise survey!

Apparently it was a huge deal me asking for a statement as I have just got an email giving me a case number and saying it might be 10 days for a response. All I wanted was an end of cruise financial statement, which should have come regardless!

Yep. And I took several screen shots of folio on app during cruise but of course can't access that now.
