We love cruising on Celebrity and have been on most of their ships, including Edge.  Specialty restaurants are excellent but general dining is far less perfect!  The cruise liner I prefer for food only is Oceania.

We have been cruising for years and our favorite cruise lines for food are Celebrity and Oceania.  The specialty restaurants are always a+++.

We found out that all four general dining rooms are full but if you do not have a reservation made, they will give you one of the four dining rooms with the same server each time you go.

BTW, the specialty restaurants are always better than fantastic!
