    They could be more helpful in facilitating between the customer and RC. I’d like to know what my refund status is as I’m still missing several hundred dollars after patiently waiting more than 60 business days. Costco said they would not put me on the line with an RC rep or ask for a status update on my behalf.

  2. I am still waiting for about $700 from a Costco booking of two staterooms on a cancelled April cruise. Requested refund 3/24. Received most of it on 5/3 and a little more on 5/27 but nothing since.
     

    Costco is no help, rep told me there’s nothing they can do and I just have to keep waiting. Will never book with them again.

    Yeah they will not talk to you directly if you booked through Costco, I found out the same thing. They said that’s a travel agency call them and they can call us.

     

    still missing my last $1400 and Costco’s phone lines are overwhelmed.

  4. I finally got some money back (30 business days after requesting) but I’m still short by quite a bit. I booked with Costco and have not been able to get through to their phone reps for the last couple days.

     

    April 12 sailing, requested refund March 26. Booked two staterooms at $2715 each so total refund should be $5430. The amount refunded to my card adds up to only $4038 so I’m still missing about $1400.

  5. Had a 4/12 sailing 2 staterooms booked through Costco. Requested refund via Costco 3/26 and have their cancellation email. I have received an email about our excursions being cancelled but no refund yet for excursions or staterooms.

     

    However I just received a refund for the onboard credit gift I bought for the sailing.
     

    Hoping the rest of the ~$4k I paid comes though soon. Probably will not book again with Costco, don’t think there was any advantage and hoping it doesn’t turn into a disadvantage...
