Would not pay $37.99! Luckily we purchased it for $19.99 for our Symphony cruise. I hope they get all the wrinkles out of it by then😊

We were kind of interested in the key for our June anthem cruise for 24.99 only because we were both gonna get the WiFi and were debating if the $10 per day would be worth it. Once it jumped to 37.99 today it was game over for us. That’s insane. That’s more than the ultimate (edit: unlimited? Whatever it is) dining package. People who buy it at that price should really do the math first. Just my opinion.

  2. Lol i never get controversial on here but some people are so mean. no matter how long she takes to share the story, shes still sharing it. ITS HER STORY. you guys can flame me all you want but in all seriousness is this board all your life really is? Lol. sorry about that. were all here to learn more about cruises were going on but people really wonder why people that are new to these boards dont want to post.

  3. My boyfriend and I stayed in Dania Beach at the Springhill Suites for one night before our cruise. We took the airport shuttle to the hotel and cruise shuttle to the port and felt perfectly fine with both, as well as the location of the hotel. We did walk across the street to the gas station for a few things the morning our cruise left. Someone was on the corner asking for money, but that was the extent of our slightly uncomfortable interactions. I'm not familiar with any of the other Dania Beach areas though.

  4. Wondering if there was any late nite dining available on either ship class. Can't decide on Allure or Freedom for our March 2017 cruise. Would like to be able to go get a deli sandwich or something similar usually around 10-11pm. Wouldn't want my only choice to be pizza like it was on the Independence last year. Thanks in advance!

Went on Liberty last May and just got off Allure last month. Someone on here will definitely correct me if I'm wrong, but for late night eats the ships were pretty similar (with Sorrento's and Cafe Promenade). The main difference was that Sorrento's had made to order pizza on Allure rather than the premade slices on Liberty. It was actually much better than the slices, IMO.

  5. I like getting the package for a few reasons, which many people have already pointed out. Even though it's a big fee upfront, you don't have to worry once you're actually on vacation.

Another thing I like is that if your drink melts in the sun by the pool, or you try something new that you don't like, you can just go and get something different.

I was on Allure last month with the premium package. My boyfriend had the select package and he wanted to have a sangria with me one night, which wasn't covered. It was almost $13 including tip. I definitely had two sangrias most nights which put me about half way towards my full package price, especially with the discount that was offered online beforehand.

Add in a frozen drink or two by the pool each day and you're there. I also drank a lot of the freestyle machine vitamin water and bottled water. It all depends on your preferences and how much you like to drink, but for me it ends up being worth it.
