I had heard rumors of the change here on Cruise Critic, but the actual change was only confirmed once we were on-board.

If the excursions were made on MSC they adjust automatically. If you book outside of MSC you'll likely need to wait until you confirm the itinerary.

The route went back and forth, it was:

We also had a great time on the Meraviglia this past week and have nothing but positive things to say about the cruise.

Did anyone catch the names of the two female singers that performed nightly at the Broadway theater? One was a contemporary singer (she didn't perform the last night). The second was the classical singer.  We'd really like to find more information on them or at least some photos.

Very chilly 10 Celsius here in canada this morning. We depart on the 20th and stay a night in Lisbon before boarding the ship. Haven't received our documents yet either; hopefully this week but we have our email confirmations as well. Safe journey to you all and hope to meet you soon!

We're booked for the late dinner. We wanted to change it to the earlier one since we're not used to eating that late but I guess we'll see if we can.

This will be our fifth cruise but first on the Mediterranean so quite excited. Haven't quite planned our days in Morocco or Gibraltar yet but we're thinking of venturing out on our own.

It would be nice to possibly meet for a drink sometime. We have ourselves quite the international mix... Australia, England, and Canada.

Skinnypin, if you're referring to the Pena Palace in Sintra, we've been there before but not with a tour. We stayed in Portugal for two weeks and drove there. If you like castles it's definitely a sight to see. We weren't allowed to take photographs inside though, not sure if they've changed that.

Thanks Tiggywig! Great to hear from someone with first hand experience. That eases our fears, seeing as there are three ship terminals in Lisbon. I'm pretty sure I know which one you're talking about. We're staying overnight at a hostel in Lisbon and embarking on the 22nd.

We don't speak Spanish but I know Portuguese so I can get by somewhat (with the occasional confused look!).

Hi everyone! We're going to be on the same cruise, embarking on September 22nd. Very excited!

I've noticed there are 2 ports in Lisbon and our cruise confirmation lists both... does anyone know which port we're supposed to go to?
