Has anyone used a website like VIATOR to book your shore excursions? I see they have similar excursions but at better prices. I know they say the excursions presented by the cruise lines are guaranteed etc. but money talks. Just looking for ideas before I book them for my Alaskan cruise this summer.

Arriving in FLL on 11/30 for a cruise out of POM on 12/1. Any help on inexpensive hotels that offer a shuttle to the ship? I tried the Comfort Inn and when I asked him about a shuttle to Miami he said from FLL Pennsylvania??? I am grateful for any suggestions, our flight arrives at 10pm so the sleep time will be minimal as long as it is clean, safe & comfortable I am ok with that.
