Helping a friend with her cruise in August.  She would like to rent a car after the cruise, which ends in Whittier and drive themselves to Anchorage and do a tour of some kind to Denali.  Any recommendations on this?  Should they take a train into Anchorage, get hotel, then get a car.  Do they even need a rental car?  I know they can't go further than the 15 mile mark of the park i a car.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Any great hotels that are close by?  I am thinking off the ship, goes to Denali area to a hotel. Day 2 do Denali touring.  Day 3 fly home.  Am I simplifying it too much?

I'm sure this has been asked a lot but I can't find anything recent. How early can we arrive at Port Canaveral? What time do they start boarding?

Got the return to airport transfers through Carnival. Are we given vouchers? Where do we get them? Do we get on any shuttle bus or is it assigned? Will we easily find them?

does that work for them calling you, are you calling them? we want people I'm land to be able to call us. Do you happen to know what the phone number is, or just have them call the one 800 Carnival number

Traveling on the Valor over Christmas and wondering if there is a phone number I can leave with my family at home in case they need to get in touch with me on the ship? TIA

Off to read the thread, but which hotel(s) are closest to the port? Do any offer free parking while you are on the cruise, and a shuttle to and from the Port? Thanks!
