Hello!

We are leaving next week for a few days at Universal followed by a cruise on Harmony of the Seas. An Uber from our hotel to Port  Canaveral is going to cost about 125 dollars. This seems to be the cost of the shuttle services I have found as well. Does anyone know of anything cheaper or is that the typical price you have seen?

I think there was an announcement that beginning this week it is changing to cover charge. There was another thread on CC.

Would you confirm that there is no ala cartel option at Sabor. I'm on in two weeks and heard they just changed this.... im really curious on the guac. Can you get guac without the cover charge. TIA

I was on Harmony the week of April 29. When we ate at Sabor we paid a la carte prices, not a cover charge.

I just called National/Alamo. They stopped doing the shuttle!!!! Frustrating, but now have to revise or cancel the reservation.

Very frustrating. When I researched this in January the shuttle was still running so I am a little annoyed. I cancelled and re booked yesterday to return our car to the Eller Dr location. I could not find a direct number for them, so I hope they really do have the shuttle. My email communication with Alamo was very vague. I'm glad I figured this out now instead of Saturday!

Simply return the car to the Eller location (actually the gate is on McIntosh Rd as shown in photos below) then they will shuttle you to the Port.

This may be a dumb question, but do I need to call Alamo to tell them I want to change the location I will be returning the car? Or just take the car to this Eller Dr location?

Hello everyone! Last year when I cruised we rented a car at FLL. We returned the car to FLL the next day and then Alamo had a shuttle we took to Port Everglades. I've seen some discussion that this is not happening there anymore, and something about the Eller Dr location. We leave for our cruise Friday, so wondering if anyone has any insight into this? If they no longer have the shuttle, is it pretty easy to get a taxi or an Uber from the car rental return at FLL? I am a heavy packer and we will have a lot of luggage we are dragging around. Thanks!

Hello everyone!

Entertainment and dining reservations have opened up on my sailing on Harmony for April 29. When I try to make my time dining reservations or even speciality dining reservations it says there is no available times for reservations for any restaurant on any day. Anyone seen this before? Not sure if it's a glitch in the system or I just need to wait longer. Thanks!

Also have you seen any spa specials while onboard? Massage in particular. Debating whether I book now or wait for a special which some. Raise lines offer. Thanks!!

I was on the Allure last week and everyday in our compass there was some kind of spa special. I would wait!

Hello everyone!

I'm getting all the details together for my May cruise. We are flying in the day before departure and I would like to get a rental car to have for that evening. Usually we just rely on hotel shuttles so this is new to me. I know we get the rental car from the airport but will the airport have a shuttle we can use to the port after dropping the car off in the morning? I noticed the Hyatt on 17th street has a rental car company on site but that hotel is a little pricey. I will however pay more if it is easier to get to the port in the morning! Hello everyone! My husband and I are going to be booking the Allure Western leaving May 1. The first time we cruised Allure, we were on deck 7 in a interior forward cabin and we felt a ton of movement, and my husband got very sea sick. Last year on the Freedom we did a deck 3 mid ship and we hardly felt movement at all. Royal has a special right now and a Central Park Balcony cabin is the same price as an outside. I love the idea of trying a balcony, but I am afraid with it being a higher deck and aft, we will feel a lot of movement again. Can anyone give me some insight who has stayed in a Central Park balcony on how the movement was? Thanks!

I am a labor & delivery nurse and I have often seen people come to the U.S. a few months before delivery to have their babies here. If the baby is born here the baby is a U.S. Citizen. They stay for a few months after delivery and then go back home.

We always travel with insurance, but I didn't realize some would cover this. Thanks for the info! I think we decided to just go in May to make it easier. It seems so far away but I'm sure it will be here before we know it!

Hello everyone! Wondering if I could get some help with a question. My husband and I are looking at booking the December 13, 2015 cruise on Allure of the seas. The only problem is I am a nurse, and it's hard to get holiday vacation time approved. I won't know for sure if my vacation is approved until the 2nd week of October. I could wait and book until then, but I am afraid the price will go up. I am in grad school so I am limited to when I can vacation. If my vacation doesn't get approved we will be going in May. So my question is whether or not Royal would let me reschedule the cruise for May if we had to. And if they do, will I get charged some kind of fee? Thanks in advance for your help!
