Thank you - weird as the deck plan shows the 'door notch' at the top which would suggest that the feet are facing the front.  Anyway, I guess it doesn't really matter. It will be a nice surprise either way,

Thank you everyone who has responded regarding my bathroom question. My next question is 'which cabins have a forward facing bed? Looking specifically at deck 8 between 8069 - 8095. I think I understand how the notches work but ????

Any chance you can get hold of a photo of the verandah bathrooms...1 without tub and 1 with tub?  Trying to find out which would be better and cannot find ANY online.  Would appreciate your help. Thnx

We called up consulate in Sydney and yes you need the visa.  Easy online (as someone also mentioned, you need to know the port address). Cheap, quick and easy.

Ok, silly question, but do Oceania give OBC/compensation if they cancel ports, eg Myanmar 2 overnights coming up in May, Nautica? (not cancelled yet but they will).

Thx for quick replies.  We are both Diamond, 12 night cruise. First day is overnight in port but we don’t get free cell phone usage on our cell plan. 

Does anyone have the onboard wifi package options/prices that they can share so I can compare pre cruise vs onboard prices?

Thanks. Looks like Diamond wifi discount is useless as everyone can get a cheaper package online before cruise.

Hi there. Does anyone know if you can purchase the wifi online pre cruise at the discounted rate AND also apply the Crown & Anchor discount?  I know this is ok on Celebrity but not sure RCCL.  Anyone know for sure?

It is easy to take a taxi right from the pier to downtown La Serena for a nominal fee. Make sure to confirm price before you get in taxi.  Easy to find taxi to go back too.

There are two levels of unlimited wifi. I don't remember what they're called, but we took the $149.99 package which worked for mail, Facebook, etc. but not streaming. The other (faster) package is $199.99. A package is for one device...we took 2 packages so as to both be able to be on at the same time.

Thanks so much for the info and piccies. We are travelling 16 Jun in the new deck 10 cabins so hope they are ready by then!! Can you remember the wifi package options? I can't seem to find any recent info. Do they have the unlimited package for email etc (ie not Skype)?
