Our ANA flights were booked through Expedia.  We spoke with Expedia a few times and have emailed ANA directly multiple times with no success...  It's a shame that ANA isn't willing to work with their customers, big lost for us (airfare x 4), 

I choose "house chores" and "back to work" over stuck on the ship any day...  We were on the RCL ship during Hurricane Harvey, 7 day cruise extended to 10 days...  it wasn't fun.  

We cancelled our May 2 voyage, however air (ANA) was booked through Expedia, non refundable.  

Great review.  We had same cruise just 3 weeks before you.

Thinking of booking this cruise on April 30 for 12 nights from Singapore to Beijing. Does anyone know what the main language spoken by the staff and entertainment is? ( English or Mandarin). Any info I see says that they use the local language and I think this cruise caters to the local population. Anyone been on prior sailings on this cruise before?

I will say that our US-based TA gives us an excellent discount (highest I have ever seen or read about) off the base fare, plus there is usually an OBC amount and/or something else that gets added in.

You can take the money out at the cashier on your seapass and it will be applied against your OBC. There is also a 5% fee, unless you have a vip sticker on your card.

Thank you, so you can actually cash out 250$ OBC? Seems too good to be true... we were on Princess in January and unable to use OBC on casino nor cash out.

We are from Canada and unable to get OBC with reservation in Canadian $, we had to cancel and rebook in US $ and pay in full. Also unable to transfer to our TA once it's paid in full.

Just used 5 rewards (3 for shows and 2 for meals) last week in Vegas - saved a ton of $$$. :)
