  1. 2 questions as this is our first NCL trip as parents:

Will they provide bed rails for a toddler?

We have the specialty Dining Perk and i thought i remember reading somewhere that a child can order off the regular kids menu for free in the specialty places.  If not can we just share with him off our plates?

Any other advice on travelling with a toddler is appreciated!  Flying into NYC for the Pearl to New England/Canada rountrip with a pre hotel stay in manhattan.

Which of the 3 airports are you flying into and which of the 3 Cruiseports are you sailing from?

Go Airlink is mentioned from time to time.  The main comment seems to be that with a shared van service you might ride around a lot to drop off or pick up folks before you get to your destination.  What would they be charging you per person and how many people?

in and out of laguardia and manhattan cruise terminal.

Have done shared rides before so ok with the delay.

My flight info is available!  I've not received email notification like last time, but it was present in my edocs.  The record locator number was incorrect, but since it listed specific flights I was able to search on AA.com and find it.  It was ticketed on Sept 11 which was 32 days out.  They booked my traveling companion and I both in middle seats, even in different rows, so I did an immediately seat change to place us together before it sold out.

thats very shady and making me reconsider.  There are 3 of us including a 2 year old and i just assumed we would get 3 seats together, silly of me to assume right

  4. We like PB for older families but it would not be my first choice with toddler - busy and loungers too close together for running around, IMO.

I would suggest looking at Playa Mia or day pass to Allegro for splashgrounds, Chankanaab, Park Royal day pass - for no transport options from International or Puerta Maya, or we have done Punta Morena for large beach with plenty of room to run, but transport is difficult.

I can't find any info on park royale booking online or pricing. We wanted to go somewhere else but didn't know how to take our then 6 month old in a taxi and be safe...

  5. Any thoughts on taking a cab from port to mr Sanchos with an infant. Was about to book but then realized we won't have a car seat with us for our 6 month old. Any options or should we find an AI within walking distance of puerto maya (if thats the case ill take recommendations on those as well if any)

  6. Its been a few years since I've done a carnival. How does this work when it comes to scheduled arrival into port. Looking at doing Sanchos in cozumel but we aren't scheduled to arrive until noon. Will that actually be noon Miami time or noon cozumel time?

Cruise leaves from miami on eastern time.

  7. We stayed at the Hilton Riverside. Right on the trolley line and a short walk into the French Quarter.

Agree with this recommendation. It wont be the cheapest option, but easy walk to the quarter and walking distance to the port! Get some charbroiled oysters from Dragos located inside the lobby as well!

  8. Anyone have any good, bad or mixed experiences booking tours through them? Looks like we could save a ton of money versus booking through norwegian but would love to hear some opinions

  9. Will be staying at La Concha Renaissance in condado for pre cruise stay. Looking for recommendations for a good place to get drinks and food that won't break the bank. Possibly some local food but nothing fancy so we can visit it shorts.

This is January 2018 so ill take any recommendations between now and then! Thanks in advance
