Just wondering if seniors get discounts on shore excursions, speciality dining or even on cruise rates.

Does anyone know if there are senior prices on cruise ships such as shore excursions?  Also what age is considered a senior citizen on a cruise.  Thanks

We stop in 2 ports in the Canary Islands - Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. I believe there is a space observatory on the Las Palmas port.

Does anyone know how far the observatory in Las Palmas is from the cruise port and also a tour company who would go there? Thanks

My husband and I are taking a 10 day Canary Island cruise next March 2018 and wondered if anyone has gone to the observatory there. If so how long does it take to get there and if you don't want to take a tour how would you get there and what would the price be? Thanks Teresa

We are going on the SKy so I just re-read my vacation summary and all it said about the drinks are that it is premium drinks that are included not the premium drinks. So I think this all inclusive cruise is different from the regular 7 day or more cruises. You are right though that it should include the premium.

Thanks for the info. That really stinks. :mad: People on the Sky are supposed to get the UBP, as in the same UBP as the rest of the fleet. That's what the terms and conditions say: Drinks up to $15 and a $15 credit if you go over. Those terms become meaningless if they no longer tell you what the regular drink prices are!

 

On every other ship, all of those brands are fully included under the UBP for no extra charge (except for the super expensive Rémy Martin and Hennessy at the bottom of the list). At least they are now, who knows how long that will last…

My husband and I are going on NCL Sky beginning of Feb/17. This will be our 7th NCL cruise. I have never really seen many drunk people on any cruise we've taken so far.

My husband and I are taking the NCL Spirit Canary Island cruise in March 2018. Has anyone done Funchal Madiera? We are looking to take The Taste of Madiera tour that brings you for some wine tasting. We are wondering if the wine tasting is included in the price of the cruise.

We are also getting mixed messages about whether to do Casablanca on our own - walking around the town from cruise ship or take a tour. Which do you think would the the right choice.
