Mine is charged to my credit card in the name of the travel agent. Any refund from Celebrity goes to them and then is credited back to me via my credit card

I emailed Celebrity on April 9 and have not received a response. I did talk to a Celebrity agent on April 14 and he could see that my refunds were set up and should go out in 10 business days. I made their life difficult by using various credit cards and monthly payments.
They responded to an enquiry I sent the previous day

I booked through a travel agent (not directly with Celebrity) so the refund comes through them

I received an email from Celebrity yesterday saying that the refund of my full cruise cost (that they requested on 19th March) will be with my travel agent by the end of this week or the beginning of next. I will contact my travel agent next week to see if this is the case.

My cruise (Reflection on 3rd April) was cancelled by Celebrity on 13th March. I cancelled all my shore excursion etc on the same day. I received a refund for all these this morning.
Today (within only a couple of hours of emailing) I received this reply to my enquiry about the main cruise cost:‘Thank you for your email.
I am glad you have received your shore excursions money back.
For the main part of the cruise this was requested on the 19th March 2020, So this will be back to the travel agent within 30 days of this date, we are working through refunds ASAP as we have increased volumes to get though this is why we are giving a 30 day turn over.
The Agency will then refund you from there.
I hope this helps and we look forward to seeing you in the future.‘I am impressed with how this has been dealt with at such a difficult time

We are going on our first cruise in April (on the Celebrity Silhouette) and wondered if anyone had an idea of the price we will pay for drinks onboard (Beer, Wine, Soft Drinks, Coffees etc.) This would help us to decide whether or not to go for the drinks package. Thanks.

Today I received a part refund from my travel agent for my April 3rd Reflection cruise.
The original deposit Of £300 is still to come.
This cruise was cancelled by Celebrity on March 14th so it has taken just under 10 weeks to get this far.
