Thank you all for the information on the Haven. We just upgraded to the Haven. Our first NCL cruise. We are sailing on the Bliss. We have sailed with RCL in suites for 30 years and we were happy with that until post covid..... A large group from our area is going so we thought we would give it a try. One question I have is that I have read there is a day butler and a night butler. Should I plan on tipping both or is it a pooled tip?

$15.00 but we're usually not charged.

We board in two weeks. Thank you for all the information!

I always choose "new reservation" and get through to them quickly.

If you are in a Grand suite or up, the concierge can take care of it for you.

For the beach club cabanas, you could buy 2 extra passes. Go to excursions when you board. It might be possible with the other areas, but I have no personal experience with that.

Please tell me the slots are cash only....I hope they don't let you put in your SeaPass and charge your room account for your casino gambling. I know someone in our traveling party who could get in trouble with this...
The machines do take cash and sea pass.

I did not see one when I was on in June.

Yes. I have several times. In January I went from Jr Suite to Grand suite on a Royal Up.

Thank you so much for this thread. I enjoyed following along and you provided great information. We're sailing on June 17th with a group of 16 friends and family.

We love Chef's Table. We usually do it each cruise. The menu is the same but some chef's have a different take on it.

When I called them about booking in June I was told they were not offering the Hovercraft at all for the 2022 season.

Old school here. Of course I have a cell but I bring an old fashioned watch set to ship time for every sailing. Makes me a bit more comfortable. We don't know what happened but I feel sorry for the family.
That is exactly what I do too!

It is so wonderful to have a current review. Thank you for taking the time for this!

This is an awesome one! I'm surprised to get so many offers. I have 5 booked plus my prime one. I wonder if these offers will continue to come in every month. It sounds perfect for you since you were planning on going there anyway. Alaska is beautiful!
I wish it was for Ovation, June 18th. We're already booked and can't change because we're going with a big family group.

We stayed in this cabin. Loved it. The obstruction is part of the ship and did not bother us at all. Having 2 bathrooms is great and the closets are huge.
-
I've stayed in a few of them. We did not have any noise issues.

Is it the one From 2019 or 2020?
This is the one from 2019 that I wasn't able to take.

All I have showing in my account is the annual cruise for prime.

Our Alaska cruise in June of 2021 has been sitting at $72 and now it's at $57 for the Deluxe package. The Refreshment package went down to $30 from $32. I think I'm going to wait a bit yet.

I went there and can definitely recommend, but my tour was private and expensive. It included lots of other things too. I would rent through Cayman Auto Rentals if you can, as they tend to be the cheapest. Also, the botanical gardens are not far and also a great place to check you. Both are doable in just a few hours.
Can you tell me who you went through? We're looking for a private tour, not overly concerned about cost.

Is the prime cruise you see the one from last year? Ie 4/2019-3/2020?
It is showing an expiration date of 3/31/2021.

I am still showing my annual prime cruise and the July -August Caribbean offer.

A question about bringing your own wine on board. We usually bring a couple of bottles of Caymus with us. On RCL, they would keep any opened bottles for us and have them the next evening. Does NCL do the same? Is there a limit on what you can bring on? We do have the drink package.
