  1. booked December 2021 on NCL Joy! so hoping that it doesn’t get canceled, but I am seeing that same message how many of us are seeing about my cruise being on hold. Truly hoping we sail. That being said has anyone sailed on the Joy? I’d love to know anything you can tell us about it from personal experience. We booked a club balcony suite. it is including Harvest Cay and Costa Maya. I figure for the first trip back we should do a short one, five days is probably just enough. If you’ve been on the joy I love to hear your stories! BTW I have cruised NCL 11 times... so not a new cruiser. Have not been to HC yet or on the Joy.. also just bought 150 shares of NCLH when it was $10. So now we’re stockholders! I’ve never had that perk before, interested in what kind of onboard credit you get.

If leaving NCL, then walk left until you come to the signs. They loaded our stuff into a trailer and us into a van. 5 minute drive over to the rentals. 1 line for all 3 rental companies. We walked in and no one in line!!!! Helped and out in 5 minutes!

DON'T USE BUDGET, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

    Very helpful thank you!

  3. This is the first time I’ve rented a car post cruise and I read somewhere that Uber is not allowed to pick up at the port ( Port Canaveral). Does anyone have experience getting to your car rental agency from Port Canaveral? I’m renting from Enterprise which is literally right outside the port.......help! How do you get over to the car rental agency?  🙂

  4. I have cruised NCL 12 times and RC once. Trying MSC in Nov 2020, tell me what I need to know! What dining venues are included? What’s different between NCL and MSC? We will be on Meraviglia, what is a must do? How are dining prices in specialties and drink prices ? Don’t have any packages as of yet..any recommendations? If you have cruised NCL is it more or less casual than NCL? I am a planner.....love info! Thanks in advance!

Nothing has been marketed as tax free spree this year. Booking are reported to be up. But those types of promotions are usually paid for through higher base fares.

If you can cruise in the near future, lots of amazing deals to Bermuda and Alaska. Even though you have to pay the port charges, base fares are ridiculously low, so it works out about the same. $549 plus zero taxes is the same as $299 base fare + $250 taxes.

Just came back from a 12 day so can't go so soon, would LOVE to however! I'm going to watch last minute prices over summer months, I have much more flexibility then. When tax free happens, or free grats, I book for a cruise that could be a year away, love grabbing that promo when it happens! 🙂

  6. hi All! I have only cruised with RC once, loved it, but have mostly cruised NCL. I have priced out a cruise from NJ for late Feb..currently the BOGO promo is going on, which makes it a pretty good deal! Just curious if anyone knows when it ends? (I've looked but don't see and end date) I'm comparing the two lines current deals, and so far RC wins! Appreciate any help! Don't want to miss out but keeping options open if NCL has a good sale, so far it's the same old promos over there....

  7. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy free wifi and beverage packages, and specialty dining, but I would love to see NCL do something really special for a promo, get people excited! Tax free is great, always love when that one comes around. I did really enjoy the distinctive voyage and take all 5 promo that happened last fall, maybe something like that could happen again?? Current "sale" ending tomorrow I just keep hoping they'll offer something more exciting! Anyone have any insight or thoughts as to what may come next? Get creative! what would you like to see them offer??:halo:
