Norris,
I was very excited to catch one of your cruise reviews so close to when you started writing! I'm on CC sporadically, so I don't always catch them as they are happening.
I love you perspective, pictures, and commentary. I have read many of your summaries and have enjoyed them immensely!
I can live a bit vicariously through your stories. I wish I could escape during January too! Thank you for the time you take to post all the details you do. I look forward to reading about your thoughts on a different cruise line than what you have been using. I typically cruise NCL, but like to see others perspective as well as the different ports people visit.
Thank you again for your diligent efforts on Cruise Critic!

Hello All!
I'll be cruising on Norwegian Gem in May. I'm trying to make the process as easy as possible. I'll be traveling with my mom.
We will be staying in Midtown the day prior and would like suggestions on the best way to maneuver there. I'm thinking to just take a cab or hire a car. Is it obvious where to go to get through security and check in?
What is everyone's experience and/or tips?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Norris-
Question: I typically cruise with my mom. I'm thinking about a cruise for my husband and I for our anniversary. He does not like anything with crowds. I know it depends cruise to cruise, how do you feel this ship was for spreading people out? I think we would really like X, but i'm not sure if he would want to do a cruise. I think you may have briefly mentioned that it was crowed after shows, but other than that? Thoughts?
