My mum and I will be going on our first cruise on the Celestyal Olympia. We will be stopping at Santorini from 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Is it advisable to do the tour DIY or should we book a private tour given such a short time?

I saw a cruise that I was interested in and secured the price through their website. Then I received an email saying that the booking will be held until 23:00. However, in the same email, it says that you have to confirm your booking by phone and the phone lines are open from 09:00 to 17:00 :(
Has this ever happened to you? Did you end up losing the booking/price?
