We sailed the Spirit Sept.2nd and I asked the cabin steward for lotion,  he said he checked but there wasn't any. I am a new sapphire member, we had 1 robe in the cabin and a second one came half way thru the cruise. As a sapphire I should have a dinner with the officers but they are not doing that and when I asked for a on board credit I was told there is no cash value and nothing was offered instead.

The only thing extra I received was another bottle water :(  looks like general cutbacks.
